Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design work across VibeIQ’s core product surfaces
  • Create flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to define problems and shape solutions
  • Bring structure to ambiguous workflows and translate complex needs into clear UX
  • Contribute to the design system and shared product patterns
  • Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and help raise design quality
  • Explore how AI and emerging tools can support design workflows and product experiences
  • Build strong relationships across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
  • Help evolve the design function as the team grows

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience designing UX/UI for software products
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, styles, prototypes)
  • Experience designing with or contributing to a design system
  • Strong product judgment and ability to balance users, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Comfort working through ambiguity with limited direction
  • Interest in experimenting with AI tools to accelerate design work

Nice to Have / Bonus

  • Background in B2B, productivity, collaborative, creative, or canvas-based products
  • Familiarity with retail, merchandising, PLM, or physical product development workflows
  • Frontend knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS) or experience building websites/apps
  • Experience helping define early design systems and product patterns
  • Experience with tools such as Claude Code / Claude Design for prototyping or design-to-dev workflows

Benefits (Summary)

  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 9 paid holidays per year
  • Discretionary time off
  • Paid parental leave
