Product Designer (UX/UI)

Role Overview

Remote Product Designer (UX/UI) joining Praxent’s design team to create user-centric digital products. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful business value.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for well-defined projects, including wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes
• Create UI/UX solutions that are intuitive, functional, and visually compelling, informed by user research and feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain design consistency and quality
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Conduct user research and usability testing and refine designs based on findings
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
• Mentor junior designers and help improve team processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design/UX/UI/human-centered design
• Strong UX/UI, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong user-centered thinking and ability to translate business goals and user needs into designs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and iterations in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in Agile/software delivery environments
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams
