Product Designer (UX/UI)

Role Overview

Remote Product Designer (UX/UI) position within the Design Department. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to multiple product design projects, and participate in design sprints to create user-centered, engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design UX for well-defined projects, including wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes
• Collaborate with the team to follow best practices and maintain design consistency
• Create iterative UI/UX solutions using user feedback and client/user needs
• Participate in user research to inform design decisions
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and teammates
• Support junior designers through mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and team workflows
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or related field
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling designs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work in Agile/software delivery environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff processes to engineering teams (plus)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
