Product Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems (Remote)

Role

Product Designer (UX/UI & Design Systems) to own end-to-end user experience for modern web and mobile SaaS applications. The role focuses on user research, UX strategy, interface design, and scalable design systems—not just screen design—aiming to improve usability, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• UX Research & Product Discovery
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
  • Turn research into personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and product requirements
  • Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements
  • Use Mixpanel and Amplitude to support design decisions
• UX/UI Design
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Improve usability through intuitive workflows
• Design Systems & Component Libraries
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems
  • Create reusable components and patterns
  • Define standards for typography, color, spacing, interaction patterns, and accessibility
• User Experience Optimization
  • Run usability testing and gather customer feedback
  • Execute A/B tests on layouts, flows, navigation, and interaction patterns
  • Iterate designs using research findings and product analytics (engagement, retention, adoption, conversion)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers across the product lifecycle
  • Participate in planning, discovery sessions, and design reviews
  • Deliver developer-ready designs using Figma Dev Mode and Zeplin
• Accessibility & Design Quality
  • Align designs with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Ensure usability across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Design / UX/UI Design experience
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking, UX problem-solving, user-centered design, and responsive web/mobile design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, usability testing, and interaction design

Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, or enterprise applications
• Experience maintaining scalable design systems
• Familiarity with Mixpanel and Amplitude
• Basic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience working in Agile product environments
