Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role Overview

Product Designer (UI/UX) to create impactful digital experiences for financial technology products. You’ll design intuitive, scalable, user-focused solutions and work closely with product managers and engineers to take ideas from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for intuitive, consistent experiences aligned with user needs and business goals
• Design complete experiences from early concepts through production and launch
• Convert requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI
• Design experiences across financial domains such as insurance, payments, claims, and investments
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• Improve usability through iteration, user feedback, and product insights
• Ensure consistency across mobile and web, optimizing accessibility and interaction quality
• Partner with product teams to identify customer challenges and develop design solutions
• Take ownership of decisions and clearly communicate design rationale

Requirements

• 3+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio showing product thinking and visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping, Auto Layout, and component libraries
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, information architecture, and user flows
• Excellent visual design skills (typography, spacing, layout, interaction)
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear user experiences
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain decisions and incorporate feedback
• Customer-focused mindset balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Ability to work independently with high ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills
