Product Designer (UI-focused) Mid to Senior

Role overview

Product Designer (UI-focused) at mid-to-senior level to join the Design team. You’ll deliver end-to-end UI design while applying strong UX skills to structure wireframes and user flows with Product Managers, collaborating closely with Engineering in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity UI with refined visual design (typography, colors, spacing) and accessible, scalable component variations
• Build wireframes and user flows based on requirements gathered with Product Managers
• Perform design QA before and after handoff:
  • Review prototypes and flows for consistency before delivery
  • Validate implementation quality in production
• Work side-by-side with Product and Engineering in sprints and meet deadlines (regular and tight)
• Maintain well-organized files, flows, and priorities
• Operate autonomously with accountability while staying aligned with design leadership and product goals
• Continuously improve the design system, workflows, and design practices
• Advocate for design excellence and help evolve and document the Design System

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems)
• Strong UI design expertise with attention to consistency, accessibility, and scalability
• Ability to structure wireframes and flows with Product Managers
• Experience with design QA pre- and post-handoff to ensure high-quality implementation
• Passion for product-building and understanding how design, business, and technology intersect
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and attention to detail
• Familiarity with UX best practices, including usability testing and user research methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma (interactive prototypes and reusable components)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams
• Advanced English for global meetings and collaboration
