Responsibilities

  • Own the product design function (UI and UX direction for TimeZest)
  • Evolve the design system and component library for consistency and scalability
  • Create end-to-end user experiences from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to take features from concept to production
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and inform product decisions
  • Design AI-enhanced experiences, integrating AI assistance and intelligent workflows responsibly
  • Maintain well-organized Figma files to enable smooth engineering handoff

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional product design experience (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Strong portfolio with excellent visual design and thoughtful UX solutions
  • Deep Figma expertise, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens
  • Prototyping experience (e.g., Figma prototyping, Framer, Principle, or similar)
  • Track record building and maintaining design systems
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in a fully remote, async-friendly environment

Nice to have

  • Frontend skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, React) to prototype in code or collaborate closely with engineers
  • Experience using LLMs to turn designs into code or enhance your design workflow

What they offer

  • Competitive salary with equity options
  • Full remote role worldwide (requires 2–3 hours overlap with the engineering team)
  • Home-office stipend, annual learning allowance
  • Company-issued machine; annual team/company trips
  • Flexible hours
  • Full licenses for a preferred coding agent tool (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)

Employment

  • Permanent, full-time position; salary paid monthly
