About the role

Product Designer (Starter)

You’ll design intuitive, engaging user experiences that balance user needs with business goals, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
Develop and maintain the design system and component library
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of professional product design experience
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
Experience working in cross-functional product teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
