About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Designer at TCP, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work end-to-end—from research and ideation through execution—to ensure designs create value for customers and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and design documentation to support product development.
  • Maintain consistency with the existing design system and style guides.
  • Conduct usability testing, apply user feedback, and refine designs.
  • Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development.
  • Use research insights and data to explain and support design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design (or related role).
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design.
  • Experience using AI tools for design.
  • Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, user-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS products.

Work/Location & Notes

  • United States; role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work during US Central Hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting/working at a desk and computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
