About the role

Product Designer (Remote)

Synter is hiring a full-time Product Designer to help shape AI-driven products by designing intuitive user experiences and turning research into clear design decisions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and explore solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into design recommendations.
Iterate on designs based on feedback.
Maintain design systems and design standards; ensure visual and interaction design align with user needs and business goals.
Contribute to product strategy and participate in cross-functional reviews to improve design practices.

Requirements

Strong end-to-end product design skills for digital products.
Proficiency in visual design (layout, typography, color) and component-based design systems.
Demonstrated design thinking skills (problem framing, ideation, validating concepts).
Experience with user/UX research (planning studies, synthesizing findings, applying insights).
Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with modern design/prototyping tools such as Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD acceptable).
Portfolio showing shipped products, design rationale, and user-centered outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Design/HCI or equivalent practical experience.

Understanding of AI-powered products or data-driven applications.
