About the role
Product Designer (Remote)
Synter is hiring a full-time Product Designer to help shape AI-driven products by designing intuitive user experiences and turning research into clear design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and explore solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into design recommendations.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain design systems and design standards; ensure visual and interaction design align with user needs and business goals.
- Contribute to product strategy and participate in cross-functional reviews to improve design practices.
Requirements
- Strong end-to-end product design skills for digital products.
- Proficiency in visual design (layout, typography, color) and component-based design systems.
- Demonstrated design thinking skills (problem framing, ideation, validating concepts).
- Experience with user/UX research (planning studies, synthesizing findings, applying insights).
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with modern design/prototyping tools such as Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD acceptable).
- Portfolio showing shipped products, design rationale, and user-centered outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design/HCI or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of AI-powered products or data-driven applications.
