About the role
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior/Staff+ Product Designer to shape the future of an AI-powered platform for independent business owners (starting with restaurants). You’ll design intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences, partnering with engineering, product, and leadership from early exploration through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to define and shape product direction.
- Own end-to-end design: exploration, wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Design thoughtful, scalable experiences across the entire customer journey, including AI-driven features.
- Advance and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability.
- Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and user-centered craftsmanship.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate feedback, iterate, and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with a track record of leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong product and visual design fundamentals and high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, including prototyping in code and submitting pull requests.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and confidence designing with emerging technologies (AI).
- Excellent communication and strong ownership/collaboration.

- Experience integrating emerging design trends and technologies into product solutions.
Location / Work Model
- Remote-first; open to candidates across the US and Canada.
- Optional in-person collaboration at the San Francisco office.
