About the role
Role Overview
Design institutional product experiences and interfaces for people who read tabular data for a living—addressing “control gaps” caused by confusing screens.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end product flows.
- Build and maintain the design system.
- Make on-chain activity legible to operators and the people who supervise them.
- Partner closely with engineering and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in product design.
- Strong systems thinking, typography, and data-dense UI skills.
- A portfolio with shipped enterprise or financial software.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Fintech or enterprise background.
- Design-engineering capability (able to prototype in code).
