Product Designer

Role overview

Product Designer for StratusGrid (Stratusphere). You will design end-to-end product experiences that help B2B users understand, trust, approve, execute, and verify cloud optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences across discovery, recommendation review, approval, execution, verification, reporting, and continuous optimization.
• Turn complexity into decision-ready UX, translating technical/financial details into clear explanations, risks, and next steps.
• Lead customer-centered discovery with customers and internal teams to uncover goals, pain points, approval processes, objections, and trust gaps.
• Design trustworthy AI/automation interactions, making agent reasoning, assumptions, status, control, auditability, and rollback readiness understandable.
• Build scalable patterns and systems, including reusable components, interaction patterns, information architecture, and design-system foundations.
• Collaborate through implementation and iteration, working closely with engineers and using AI coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) to ship prototypes and front-end/design-system improvements.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, including multi-step workflows for technical/operational/enterprise users.
• Strong workflow and systems thinking for role-based experiences, approvals, exceptions, dependencies, and operational handoffs.
• Customer discovery and strong product judgment (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, prototype reviews; balancing customer needs, business outcomes, technical constraints, and quality).
• Strong interaction design and information architecture, with a focus on reducing cognitive load.

• Ability to work with and understand technical, financial, and security/enterprise considerations.
• Comfort designing auditability, human control, and rollback-ready AI/automation experiences.
