Product Designer.- Remote

Role overview

Vetcove is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for core areas of its B2B/SaaS veterinary practice management platform. You’ll translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences and help shape the company’s design culture as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from concept through final implementation for core product areas (e.g., inventory management, pharmacy workflows, practice management).
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and prioritize problems.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with engineering to ensure implementation matches design intent.
• Facilitate user research, design sprints, and collaborative workshops to validate solutions.
• Evolve and maintain a design system for consistency across platforms.
• Contribute to and nurture a strong design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications.
• Proven track record shipping complex B2B and/or SaaS products.
• Strong systems thinking, patterns, and usability principles.
• Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and overall user experience.
• Excellent portfolio showing product thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, stakeholders).
• Pragmatic approach balancing design quality with project constraints.
• Experience facilitating design sprints, user research, and workshops.
• Ability to evolve and maintain design systems.
