About the role
Role Overview
Joveo AI is hiring a Product Designer to own the product experience end-to-end—from early user research and problem framing through to production-ready UI. You’ll be a full-cycle designer who thinks in systems and ships work that’s both beautiful and functional.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for product features: discovery, wireframing, and final UI
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
- Create interactive prototypes to quickly communicate and test concepts
- Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data across the product lifecycle
- Contribute to and evolve the product design system
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to shipped product
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
- Ability to balance UX thinking with high-quality visual UI execution
- Capacity to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoff
