About the role

Role: Junior Full Stack Developer

You’ll ship end-to-end full-stack features with real ownership and strong mentorship, working across both the frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

Build features spanning frontend UI and backend API layers
Write clean, tested code across client and server
Work with databases: design simple schemas, write queries, and handle migrations
Participate in code reviews, team standups, and sprint ceremonies
Debug and resolve full-stack bugs with increasing autonomy
Grow expertise in modern web frameworks and development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of full-stack development experience
Proficiency in at least one frontend framework: React, Vue, or Angular
Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database design
Ability to own small features from design to production
