About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of product experiences, from early user research and problem framing to production-ready UI. You’ll be a full-cycle, systems-thinking designer who ships work that is both beautiful and highly functional.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for product features (discovery, wireframing, and final UI)
Conduct, synthesize, and apply user research to validate design decisions
Create interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Data teams across the product lifecycle
Contribute to and evolve the product design system
Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to shipped product
Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution
Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support engineering handoff
