About the role

Role Overview

Joveo Ai is hiring a Product Designer (Remote) to own product experiences end-to-end. You’ll work from user research and problem framing through to production-ready UI, shipping design that’s both beautiful and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for product features (discovery, wireframing, final UI)
Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
Build interactive prototypes to test and communicate concepts quickly
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Data throughout the lifecycle
Contribute to and evolve the product design system
Present design rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to shipped product
Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
Strong balance of UX thinking and visual UI execution
Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
Basic familiarity with frontend implementation to support effective engineering handoff
