About the role

Role: Product Designer (Remote)

Own end-to-end design of Joveo’s product experiences—from early user research and problem framing to production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for product features: discovery, wireframing, and final UI
Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test concepts quickly
Collaborate with engineering, product management (PM), and data throughout the product lifecycle
Contribute to and evolve the product design system
Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to shipped product
Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
Strong balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution
Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support engineering handoff
