Product Designer REMOTE

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer (Remote) — 6-month contract. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to design high-quality, user-centered product experiences. The work will support key growth initiatives around customer engagement and satisfaction, spanning concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product experiences supporting growth initiatives (from concept to production)
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into user-centered solutions
• Own scoped initiatives with autonomy, incorporating feedback from design leadership
• Produce design deliverables including:
  • User flows
  • Wireframes
  • High-fidelity mockups
  • Prototypes
  • Production-ready specs
• Design and iterate on consumer-facing email campaigns to drive engagement
• Maintain an end-to-end, cohesive UX across product UI and email experiences
• Advocate for users across the journey from entry points through ongoing engagement
• Contribute to design critiques and uphold quality and consistency
• Use AI tools to enhance design workflow and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Design / UX Design (or related)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual execution
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Experience creating growth-oriented initiatives for acquisition and engagement
• Strong visual design skills for both:
  • marketing-level creative, and
  • scalable product UI
• Experience designing responsive layouts across platforms
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff
• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in the design process
