Role Overview
Product Designer / Product Design Architect (Remote) Shape the user experience for healthcare benefits software, spanning employees and HR administrators. You’ll work at the intersection of human interaction and AI, guiding product design from execution to long-term system coherence.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Act as the primary design architect for user-facing interfaces.
- Provide real-time design judgment during product development.
- Design human–AI interfaces that build user trust.
- Maintain coherence across multiple product dimensions.
- Gather user feedback to improve design decisions.
- Prototype interaction patterns for team alignment.
- Partner with engineers to implement designs in code.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product design experience.
- Strong judgment in design evaluation.
- Systems thinking applied to user interfaces.
- Experience designing for AI behavior.
- Ability to execute rapidly without over-processing.
- Comfortable coding and directly adjusting the UI.
- Cognitive empathy to understand user perceptions.
- Portfolio demonstrating both execution quality and visionary thinking.
