Product Designer | Remote

Role overview

Product Designer | Remote (part-time) Design and evaluate structured product design workflows to ensure execution quality across:

• User flows
• Design systems
• Specification handoffs

You will create measurable, verifiable outputs and delivery scenarios that can be evaluated against clear rubrics.

Deliverables

• Build end-to-end product design workflows covering:
  • user flows
  • system usage
  • spec handoff scenarios
• Define tasks that ensure flow completeness across states such as:
  • empty, loading, error, permissions, success
• Translate design processes into structured, deterministic, checkable outputs
• Create and apply evaluation rubrics based on:
  • design system fidelity
  • measurable criteria
• Produce scenario sets involving:
  • annotated specs
  • accessibility requirements
  • constrained copy guidelines

Requirements

• Proficiency in product & UX design workflows for SaaS or consumer products
• Strong Figma skills (including auto-layout, components, variables)
• Experience with design systems, component reuse, and token-based design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and applying them in design
• Ability to produce and interpret artifacts such as:
  • user flows
  • mockups
  • specs
  • design system audits
