Role Overview

Design and evaluate complex, real-world workflows across visual, product, and creative domains to assess AI agent performance on advanced design tasks.

Deliverables

• Create end-to-end design workflows spanning brand, UX, and creative operations scenarios
• Develop tasks involving marketing assets, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual outputs
• Translate real-world design processes into structured evaluation scenarios
• Evaluate and grade AI-generated outputs against defined design criteria
• Refine workflows to include complexity, edge cases, and multi-step execution challenges

Requirements

• Proficiency in visual design, brand systems, product/UX design, or creative operations
• Ability to use tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience with design systems, components, and asset management workflows
• Ability to produce and interpret design artifacts such as specs, wireframes, prototypes, and briefs
• Strong capability to evaluate design quality and articulate structured reasoning

• $55–$95 per hour
