Join OnePay as a Product Designer and help shape the future of financial management. You’ll design intuitive customer journeys, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a culture of feedback and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end product experiences across OnePay’s surfaces, translating goals and requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Partner with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Use and evolve the design system in collaboration with the Core Design team.
- Participate in critiques and reviews to improve quality, clarity, and design rigor.
- Work with an execution mindset: move with intent, learn fast, refine often, and ship regularly.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing for digital products (ideally mobile-first).
- Strong communication skills, able to explain reasoning and trade-offs clearly.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and see work through.
- Figma proficiency and comfort working within established design systems.
- Drive/proactivity; comfort with a builder/executor culture.
- Curiosity about how products work and how design impacts business outcomes.
- Portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought, strong interaction design, and attention to detail.
- Comfort using AI to augment and accelerate the design process.
