Product Designer (Full Remote)

Join NexHealth as a Product Designer and own end-to-end product experiences—from concept through execution. You’ll focus on user clarity and product simplicity, partnering closely with PMs and engineers as a co-equal product builder.

Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end product experiences, ensuring clarity and simplicity.
Lead product scope and influence technical architecture through high-quality UX clarity.
Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
Champion accessibility, precision, and consistent experiences across every product surface.

Requirements

6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership.
Experience where UX clarity directly drives adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Strong product intuition and ability to lead product strategy through design.
World-class taste and systems thinking.
Think like a PM and build like an engineer.
Ability to reduce friction, polish flows, and prioritize clarity over cleverness.
Demonstrated ability to build design-led products that succeed at scale.

Nice to Have

Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments.
