About the role

Role Overview

The Product Designer at Momentus Technologies is a key member of the design team, owning the end-to-end design process for complex software. The role focuses on crafting user-centric solutions that are both functional and intuitive, working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product design process from conceptualization through implementation
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs independently
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design vision is delivered accurately
  • Partner with other designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of product design experience, with strong emphasis on software products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and expert design skills
  • Proficiency with Figma and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Proven track record delivering design work with measurable product impact
