About the role

Role Overview

Join K15t’s Scroll Documents team as a Product Designer (m/f/x). You’ll help define the vision for the next major version of the company’s content management apps, creating a modern, streamlined, and user-centered experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Translate research into actionable design solutions and keep product development empathetic and user-centered.
Design and refine the UX/UI for the Scroll Documents app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user journey.
Partner with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implementable and aligned with user needs.
Collaborate with Product Designers across teams to deliver consistent, well-integrated customer experiences.
Establish and improve UX/design processes and drive best practices for usability and accessibility.
Mentor and guide junior designers and support a culture of growth and shared learning.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer (or similar).
Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions.
Proven ability to create design deliverables such as prototypes, design systems, UI, and visual design.
Experience with mentoring/coaching/leading designers.
Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative data to improve design.
Strong communication skills to present design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.

Nice to Have

Experience with Atlassian tools and the Atlassian Design System (ADS).
Strong English communication (written and verbal).
