Product Designer (Product Research and Design)

Join Level Access’s Product Research and Design team to shape user experience across its accessibility technology products.

Responsibilities

• Design accessible, intuitive user experiences with strong usability and inclusivity standards.
• Own end-to-end design for assigned features, with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and refine design decisions.
• Apply short- and long-term design strategies aligned to product lifecycle goals.
• Participate actively in design reviews and planning sessions; provide constructive input.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, designers, and researchers to define requirements and deliver holistic solutions.
• Promote inclusive practices and continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, including end-to-end product development and experience with design systems.
• Proven ability to use data and research to inform design decisions.
• Strong design discovery, problem framing, and solution definition skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of UX research practices and applying insights to design.

• Curiosity about AI and adaptability to industry trends.
• Experience in content design.
• Deep understanding of design principles, usability best practices.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards.
