Product Designer — Learning Experience (Wooclap)
Role overview
As a Product Designer at Wooclap, you will enhance the learning experience and pedagogical value of the platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve product UX, advance the visual identity, and ensure solutions are engaging and effective for learners.
Key missions
- Create impactful and engaging solutions by leveraging user research, sketching, and prototyping
- Contribute to defining the project and framing the problem using your design expertise
- Validate and improve your concepts through user testing, questioning assumptions and iterating based on findings
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment (EdTech experience preferred)
- Strong UI/UX skills with a focus on interaction design and user delight
- Analytical mindset; ability to run user research and use data to inform design decisions
- Interest/expertise in EdTech, learning mechanisms, and the education field
- Collaborative working style across product managers, developers, and customer success in a remote-first environment
- Proficiency in English and French (English-first company)
