Product Designer

Role Overview

Product Designer to help deliver product experiences at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions and influence design direction, execution quality, and long-term capability growth.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful product experiences that improve security usability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders
• Own well-defined features and problem spaces from discovery to delivery
• Participate in critiques and help raise the overall quality of design across the team
• Identify user needs, explore solutions, and align with business priorities
• Seek feedback and develop a clear point of view on design decisions

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven company
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with AI prototyping tools
• Curiosity about AI in the design-to-code pipeline (hands-on experience a plus)
• Portfolio demonstrating design craft, process, and user impact
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and User Research
• Strong product thinking and ability to make informed design decisions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Location & Compensation

• Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship
• $118,000 – $165,000 annually
