Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Kake, you’ll design scalable, configurable systems for fund management products used in complex institutional workflows. You’ll help modernize existing platforms and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities that improve operational workflows and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design evolution of fund management products, transforming existing tools into flexible, scalable platforms for sophisticated client needs
• Create intuitive, high-quality user experiences across intricate financial systems, ensuring clarity and usability
• Explore and contribute to AI-enabled solutions that streamline operational workflows and enhance product capabilities
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather insights, validate problems, and inform design decisions
• Help shape new product directions, including applying emerging technologies to enable innovative solutions for fund managers

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, preferably in financial services or other complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to design for highly structured systems, with strong understanding of scalability and configurability
• Experience delivering both interaction and visual design with high polish and attention to detail
• Familiarity with designing data-heavy or workflow-driven platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered features in product design contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• US timezone overlap
