Product Designer

Design innovative digital products at the intersection of finance, technology, and decentralized systems. You’ll shape user experiences for next-generation web products and decentralized applications, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex challenges into intuitive, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle (concepts, user flows, prototypes, launches)
• Establish and improve design practices; advocate for users
• Conduct research and use insights to define user-focused product strategies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI/UX design concepts
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, practical solutions
• Influence product strategy and improve design quality, consistency, and overall UX
• Apply strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color, interaction patterns)
• Promote a user-centered design approach across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile products
• Strong UX fundamentals: UX principles, information architecture, user-centered design
• Experience producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed product designs
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong graphic design foundation (layout, typography, color, composition)
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design decisions, attention to detail, and craftsmanship

Nice to Haves

• Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital asset products
• Prior experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or decentralized applications

• Must be available for North/South America or European time zones
