Role overview

Join Aios Medical as a Product Designer in a senior, high-ownership role. You’ll design and deliver product experiences across clinical software and a customer-facing mobile app, owning projects from problem discovery through to shipped solutions.

Responsibilities

Own product design work end-to-end, from defining the problem to delivering the solution.
Design and improve web and mobile application experiences, with a strong focus on mobile.
Improve internal tools used by clinical, operations, enrollment, and customer service teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and align on workflows, usability, and efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile, including customer-facing mobile apps or internal tooling.
A robust portfolio showing real product impact (problem, constraints, decisions, and outcomes), including polished output screens.
Strong ability to explain decisions, tradeoffs, and defend your work in discussions.
Clear focus on clarity and usability; ability to work within fixed constraints, technical limitations, and existing systems.
Strong ownership: turn loosely defined problems into shipped solutions without constant direction.
Comfort collaborating with engineers and understanding how design decisions translate into real code and systems.
Experience with regulated and complex products (not necessarily healthcare): design shaped by compliance, legal requirements, and business rules.
Formal or equivalent training in design, computer science, or a related field (or comparable depth proven through product work).

Nice-to-haves

Healthcare-specific experience is not required, but domain familiarity can be a plus.
