Product Designer (f/m/d)

Role overview

As a Product Designer, you will design and iterate on user-centered products, creating high-fidelity UI and helping shape product features through research and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centered products and high-fidelity interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly
• Create and maintain a design system and design guidelines
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design techniques
• Continually improve designs based on feedback and user testing

Requirements

• Degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 3+ years experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency with design tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Ability to design for multiple platforms with responsive design (web, mobile, tablet, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
