Product Designer (EverPro)

Role overview

Join Service Fusion as a Product Designer (EverPro) and help deliver high-quality user experiences for customers worldwide. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for design decisions, evolve the design system, and use research and data to drive product improvements.

Key missions

• Contribute to product design strategy and deliver user experiences for Service Fusion customers.
• Collaborate iteratively with a multidisciplinary team to define product vision and shape the roadmap.
• Apply user-centered design to create simple, intuitive experiences across native mobile apps and responsive web.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system.

Responsibilities

• Make design decisions grounded in research, usability testing, and quantitative data.
• Use A/B (design) testing to refine UI/UX elements in live products.
• Implement design changes based on test outcomes and track user impact.
• Tell stories clearly (presentation and storytelling) and help surface/define problems.
• Translate brand values into tangible design elements and contribute to brand/design guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, and Productboard or similar UX testing/research tools (e.g., Maze).
• Strong user focus: design decisions based on research, usability testing, and quantitative data.
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and structure problems without everything defined upfront.
• Demonstrated product design portfolio showing product thinking plus visual/interaction craft.
• Experience designing for native iOS/Android and responsive web.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Management and an Engineering Lead.
• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer; mobile apps and SMB SaaS/payments experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Portfolio examples involving AI/ML outputs.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in design and/or research.
• Experience applying Product-led Growth principles.
• Experience with customer research and experiments; facilitate design sprints/discovery sessions.
• Experience in the home improvement / home services industry.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer service contacts, and social media feedback to identify usage patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Familiar with LLMs and able to incorporate AI/ML outputs into research/design workflows.
