Role overview

As a Product Designer (Product Engineering) at Elevate, you’ll own practical, shippable UX/UI work across the product ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design clear, consistent workflows and help ensure the product experience remains coherent as the platform grows.

Responsibilities

Own UX/UI design quality and consistency across product surfaces
Maintain Figma as the source of truth and keep the design work current and usable
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs before building
Design workflows that are clear, consistent, and feasible to implement
Help keep the design system coherent and prevent fragmentation across products
Translate ambiguous feedback into:
- user flows
- clear designs
- acceptance criteria
- implementation-ready details
Conduct lightweight discovery with users and stakeholders to uncover real workflow problems
Review work in staging/production and provide clear design QA feedback
Communicate and take ownership in a remote environment

Requirements

2+ years of product/UX/UI (interaction design) experience
Strong Figma skills (components, variants, design systems, prototypes, developer handoff)
Experience designing web applications (dashboards, data-heavy workflows, internal tools, or SaaS)
Ability to run lightweight discovery
Strong collaboration with frontend and full-stack engineers
Pragmatic approach to scope and trade-offs; know when to simplify or create follow-up tickets
Ability to provide design QA feedback based on staging/production reviews

Preferred experience

Front-end familiarity: HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, and/or Storybook/component-driven development
Experience maintaining/evolving design systems across multiple products
Experience with data visualization, query builders, reporting tools, e-commerce flows, or enterprise workflow tools
Domain familiarity: sports, entertainment, ticketing, sponsorship, hospitality, or consumer analytics
Comfort using AI tools for rapid prototyping, research synthesis, or design exploration
