About the role
Role overview
Product Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI understands and evaluates design work. You’ll review AI-generated UI/UX, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide feedback that improves UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation deliverables
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s preferred but not required (in progress or completed acceptable)
Nice to have / Path to design-specific work
- Apply through the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design to be invited to design-focused projects
Compensation & work setup
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
- Rates: $20+ USD/hr for general AI training; $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal
