Role overview

Product Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI understands and evaluates design work. You’ll review AI-generated UI/UX, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate the quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide feedback that improves UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation deliverables

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred but not required (in progress or completed acceptable)

Nice to have / Path to design-specific work

Apply through the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design to be invited to design-focused projects

Compensation & work setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
Rates: $20+ USD/hr for general AI training; $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects
Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
