About the role

Role overview

As a Product Designer, you will own product design and UX for Move Solo’s Agentic OS. You’ll design a high-end, minimalist interface that helps freelancers interact with their business data while collaborating closely with engineering to deliver “invisible” autonomous experiences.

Responsibilities

Own the OS design process: focus on user needs and delight low-friction interactions for independent professionals.
Prototype the agentic interface: design UI/UX for the Agentic Log, autonomous marketplace, and predictive calendar.
Web & mobile integration: design features that let users monitor business health and approve agentic actions off-device.
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with product and engineering leads to align on objectives and deliver reductionist design solutions.
High-fidelity iteration: create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; refine via internal testing and user feedback.
Customer empathy & research: build a consistent practice around customer research and lead sessions to identify pain points.
Design system ownership: help build and maintain a premium design language (typography, materiality, motion) across the OS and web.
Advocacy: promote design-led engineering and a “Zero-Interface” philosophy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
3+ years of product design / UI-UX experience in consumer-facing digital products.
Strong portfolio showing interaction design and visual systems with a minimalist, high-craft aesthetic.
Technical literacy: understand software development processes and how design affects engineering velocity.
Elite craft: typography, grid systems, and materiality (light/depth/motion) in digital.
Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Ability to communicate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate “blue sky” agentic ideas into clear, actionable product goals.

Nice to have

Experience designing operating systems or “invisible” AI-driven interfaces.
Familiarity with financial tech.
