Product Designer

Role: Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas, raising the craft bar from early concept to shipped, polished execution. You’ll help define interaction patterns for emerging agentic, AI-driven experiences where the traditional UI rules may not fully apply.

What you’ll do

• Own design end-to-end for product areas (concept → shipped execution).
• Apply interaction design, visual design, and information architecture to solve contractor-focused problems.
• Design for new classes of agentic / AI-powered experiences, defining new interaction patterns.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different fidelities to validate quickly.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate decisions clearly, invite feedback, and participate in critique.
• Contribute to and improve the design system to keep it consistent, scalable, and useful.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5+ years experience as a Product Designer, ideally shipping complex, high-quality SaaS features.
• Strong design craft and a clear point of view on what great design looks and feels like.
• Strong interaction design and visual design skills across desktop, mobile, and AI-driven surfaces.
• Ability to balance speed and detail (moving fast without losing quality).
• Comfort working end-to-end: from systems thinking to small interaction details.
• Experience building prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Location / work model

• Must permanently and currently reside in the United States.
• No office requirement; not required to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska.
• Encouraged to visit headquarters up to 10 days per year (company-paid).
