Product Designer

Role Overview

Join Cint as a Senior Product Designer (full remote). You will champion excellent user experience, translate research into actionable design, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Key Missions

• Advocate for great design and help ensure the delivery of quality design deliverables.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to uncover unmet needs and drive innovation.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including:
  • user requirements, personas
  • storyboards
  • workflows
  • wireframes
  • prototypes

Responsibilities

• Work strategically and conceptually to turn user needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Test prototypes and iterate until designs meet customer needs.
• Present and communicate design work confidently while staying open to feedback.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design.
• Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design/collaboration tools (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus).
• Experience designing for/within design systems or component libraries.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Background designing for complex, technical B2B SaaS product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to produce standout visual communication and solve complex user problems with elegant interfaces.
