Product Designer, Brazil

Role Overview

Actabl is hiring a Mid-Level Product Designer to join a core individual-contributor team. The role requires strong product thinking and excellent craft, with a focus on designing for enterprise SaaS experiences used by major hospitality brands.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across features and flows, from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS, including:
  • dashboards
  • complex data tables
  • operational workflows
• Conduct user interviews, synthesize insights, and turn them into design decisions
• Create high-quality UX/UI deliverables such as:
  • journeys
  • wireframes, flows
  • high-fidelity screens
  • prototypes
  • tables and dashboard designs
• Work with the design system team to maintain consistency and raise standards
• Advocate for user experience and influence decisions across cross-functional teams
• Use AI-driven prototyping tools (including AI tooling and rapid prototyping) to improve velocity and quality
• Understand products, personas, journeys, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in tech or SaaS
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• Must be living in Brazil
• Strong experience designing enterprise SaaS with high-density UI (dashboards, complex tables)
• Demonstrated product thinking: breaking down complexity, understanding constraints, and proposing pragmatic solutions
• Portfolio showing clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and high-quality work

• Occasional travel may be required, including at least one fully covered trip to the U.S. per year
