About the role

Product Designer (Web + Mobile)

Design seamless, smart, and scalable product experiences for BJAK’s financial services platform.

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end design for one or more product areas (from concept to implementation).
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver strong UX outcomes.
Turn complex financial flows into simpler, elegant user experiences.

Responsibilities

Own key user flows across high-impact products used by millions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs for web and mobile.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
Evolve BJAK’s design system to improve consistency and scalability.
Advocate for users and keep user needs central to design decisions.

Requirements

3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio covering web and mobile products.
Proficient with Figma and other prototyping tools.
Familiar with user research, testing, and working within agile product teams.
Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
Based in London or open to remote work.
