About the role

Role Overview

Product Designer (remote, USA) You’ll sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, owning the end-to-end design process for consumer-facing mobile and web experiences. This role is geared toward designers with freelance/contract experience across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process: concept → user research → high-fidelity execution → design QA
Create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
Lead design for consumer-facing mobile and web products (ideation to execution)
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation
Create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling UX
Run and iterate based on UX testing and user feedback
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
Evolve UI patterns and contribute to the design system
Bring creative ideas to continuously raise the bar on the product experience

Requirements

5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products (mobile and/or web)
Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end product design and creativity
Advanced Figma skills
Experience conducting UX testing and applying insights
Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers
Strong understanding of modern design trends and digital behaviors
Experience designing for Gen Z and Millennial audiences
Highly creative with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience in iGaming or similarly fast-paced, engagement-driven industries
Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (e.g., iterative testing)
