Role overview

As a Product Designer, you will drive the product experience vision for Artificial’s platform. You will work closely with customers, take ownership of the research and design process, and collaborate with engineers and other designers to deliver high-quality features.

Key missions

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into functional prototypes and feature specifications.
• Own the research and design process, from planning and running user research through shipping the product, ensuring the design direction matches customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure design decisions are implemented effectively and meet high standards.

Requirements

• Experience translating customer needs into prototypes and feature specifications.
• Ownership of user research and end-to-end research-to-shipment design work.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineers and other designers to deliver quality outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

• Domain familiarity with (re)insurance or a strong interest in the specialty insurance market.
