Product Designer

Role overview

As a Product Designer for CloudVision, you will help redefine how users deploy, manage, and monitor computer networks. You’ll turn complex enterprise workflows into intuitive interfaces while partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact business problems and define features and user experiences to solve them
• Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators
• Translate abstract concepts into elegant designs using strong interaction and visual design
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand customers and markets and develop product strategy and detailed requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions
• Contribute to evolving design practices and reusable design resources

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing (exceptional portfolio required)
• Initiative and ability to proactively improve the product and design process
• User empathy and customer-focused mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail (typography, color, interaction patterns, user flows)
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment; solution-oriented
• Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables
• 5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to persuade/influence others with compelling arguments and evidence
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate effectively
