Product Designer

Role: Product Designer (Senior)

Allata is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its design team. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital user experiences end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and provide critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Provide design leadership, including aligning teams around a shared vision and direction, and facilitating workshops.
• Advocate for user-centered design and apply design best practices.
• Define design requirements from internal inputs and user research.
• Present solutions to team and client stakeholders; drive iteration based on feedback.
• Create and refine high-fidelity designs, including details and interaction behavior.
• Support and lead user research and usability testing; compile and present insights.
• Plan and conduct tests for designs.
• Create and maintain design guidelines / systems / standards.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are compliant with relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities for product/feature enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and consumer preferences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of user research methods and ability to conduct usability testing and communicate findings.
• Proficiency with design/collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and estimate design delivery.
• Portfolio with well-rounded, result-driven case studies.

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation and facilitation (and related workflows).
