Product Designer - AI Application

Role overview

Product Designer for AI-native applications. You’ll shape the UX/UI of next-generation AI-powered products by translating complex model capabilities into clear, human-centered interfaces. The work spans agent workflows, conversational systems, and developer-facing tools in a remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end UX/UI design for AI-native products, including:
  • Agent interfaces and agent workflows
  • Model interactions
  • Developer tools
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate and refine designs
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces and web applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from concept through production
• Identify UX opportunities and contribute to product strategy and experience improvements
• Ensure consistency and clarity across complex, data-rich interfaces

Requirements

• 2–6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a portfolio showing shipped work
• Experience designing AI-native products (e.g., chatbots, LLM features, agent systems, prompt-based interfaces)
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Protopie) (plus)
• Comfort using AI tools daily for design/ideation/prototyping/iteration
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex information architectures
• Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, or developer tools
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote-first settings

Nice-to-haves

• Experience prototyping with Framer or Protopie
