Product Design Architect (Remote)

As the Product Design Architect, you’ll shape the end-to-end user experience for multiple stakeholders (e.g., employees and HR administrators). You’ll work closely with a highly talented team to drive design strategy while balancing rapid execution with long-term system coherence.

Responsibilities

• Own design architecture for user-facing interfaces.
• Provide real-time design judgment during product development.
• Design human–AI interfaces that build user trust.
• Maintain coherence across multiple product dimensions.
• Collect and apply user feedback to improve design decisions.
• Prototype interaction patterns to align the team.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement designs directly in code.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product design experience.
• Strong judgment in evaluating and improving designs.
• Systems thinking applied to user interfaces.
• Experience designing for AI behavior.
• Ability to execute quickly without over-processing.
• Comfort coding and directly adjusting the UI.
• Cognitive empathy to understand user perceptions.
• Portfolio showing both execution quality and visionary thinking.
