Product Data Coordinator, Soho Home - 6-Month FTC

Role overview

Soho Home is hiring a Product Data Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC). You’ll support product data management and governance by creating and maintaining accurate, consistent product data across systems, while documenting processes to build a centralised, reliable source.

Reporting to the Buying & Product Development team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and help ensure data is clean, governed, scalable, and fit for purpose as the business improves its reporting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing to ensure product information is complete and accurate
• Support SKU creation across projects with accurate, timely setup
• Enter and maintain product specifications and attributes in Excel and internal systems
• Manage workload to meet critical path timelines
• Execute product hierarchies across existing SKU portfolios
• Run data checks and reconciliations between documentation and systems; resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organised, structured data files and documentation

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant/equivalent experience
• Experience with data cleansing and standardisation on large datasets
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data organisation, VLOOKUPs, data validation, pivot tables)
• Ability to problem-solve and execute priorities within structured timelines
• Confident communication skills and ability to build working relationships cross-functionally

Nice to have (desirable)

• Exposure/interest in product data, merchandising systems, or ERP platforms (e.g., Power BI, Business Central)
• Interest in retail operations, buying, or product development/data environments
• Experience working with Airtable or similar database tools
