Product Analyst

Role Overview

The Product Analyst will support product discovery, planning, and delivery by using research and analysis to inform product direction. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to evaluate solutions and drive data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to generate insights for product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to customer and business needs.
• Partner with Product Managers during early-stage discovery to test hypotheses and evaluate solutions prior to engineering investment (including analytics and AI-assisted prototyping).
• Translate complex problems into documented product requirements, user stories, workflows, and exploratory concepts.
• Work cross-functionally to refine ideas and support the transition from validated concepts to build-ready solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle: ideation → launch → post-launch evaluation, tracking progress, documenting learnings, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize customer needs from market research, usability findings, support data, and stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Define and monitor success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data to assess product performance.
• Evaluate trade-offs across scope, timelines, dependencies, and customer impact; escalate risks and drive accountability.
• Create product updates, documentation, reports, and presentations with clear communication and visualized insights.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working with both business and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data for decision-making.
• Experience with Jira or similar project/workflow tools (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Notes

• Not a trainable role: you must be able to contribute independently from day one.
• Remote with business hours aligned to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time and some flexibility.
• Project runs through 12/31/2026, with possible extension/conversion.
